职位描述：
1. 负责区域内机车车辆的检验,测试及认证服务的业务拓展；
2. 建立及维护华东区域内中车主要主机厂、海外车辆制造商中国分支机构、铁路局、地铁运营商及其相关附属机构的关系；
3. 跟踪机车车辆及其相关子系统、零部件出口项目机会；
4. 建立及维护与区域内主要的机车车辆及配件的生产厂家的关系；
5. 建立及维护区域内主要的地铁业主及相关机构的关系；
6. 负责商业方案策划及与客户的商务技术谈判；
7. 开发机车车辆相关的新产品及新业务；
8. 负责跟踪区域内主要机车车辆制造商项目信息，定期更新项目状态。
Job Description:
1. Develop the business for Inspection, Testing and Certification in rolling stock industry in the responsible region;
2. Set up relations with CRRC main OEMs of Eastern Region, subsidiaries of oversea RS OEMs in China, China Railway Bureau and Metro Operators and its subsidiaries and maintain the relationship;
3. Chasing exporting RS and relevant sub-system, components opportunities;
4. Set up relations with major rolling stock OEMs and components suppliers and maintain the relationship;
5. Set up relations with major metro owners in China and maintain the relationship;
6. Develop commercial proposal and negotiate technically and commercially with clients for clarification and response;
7. Suggestion for potential new products and business development;
8. Track the project information of main rolling stock manufacturer in the responsible region, and update status of project regularly.

职位基本要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历, 机车车辆相关的机械,电气或相关的学科背景；
2. 在铁道及机车行业5年以上工作经验;熟悉铁路出口市场;具有铁路行业销售经验及具有客户资源者优先；
3. 在国外车辆制造商及供应链有工作经验者优先；
4. 具有机车车辆QA/QC或采购工作经验者优先；
5. 在地铁运营公司5年以上工作经验，熟悉地铁市场者优先；
6. 具有良好的人际沟通能力；
7. 英语读写流利；
8. 良好的学习及自我激励能力；
9. 愿意出差；
10. 办公软件熟练。
Profile:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in railway vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or relevant disciplines;
2. Five years minimum job experience in the rail industry; familiar with exporting rail industry; Experience in sales activities to rolling stock suppliers and have client resources preferable;
3. Experience by foreign rolling stock manufacturer or its key suppliers preferable;
4. Experience in QA/QC or procurement by rolling stock suppliers preferable;
5. Five years minimum job experience in metro operation company, familiar with Chinese metro industry;
6. Intercultural and inter-personal communication skill;
7. Proficient in written, reading and oral English;
8. Adaptive and ready to learn, self-motivation;
9. Willing to travel;
