职位描述：
POSITION
The Project Manager leads and manages Overlay projects with a primary focus on execution. This includes managing stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables, timing, and resource management. This role is critical to delivering new products to our overlay strategic markets.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide leadership and management for overlay product development projects, directing teams and managing stakeholder expectations
? Responsible for project execution including planning, schedules and resources
? Facilitate and manage the definition and delivery of vision and goals of the project
? Promote and develop excellent project management throughout the organization
? Provide regular status reports to the stakeholders
? Expected to manage over 5 major projects, and multiple minor projects concurrently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s Degree required, PMP (Project Management Professional) & MBA (Master of Business Administration) Preferred, technical breadth material science or mechanical engineering a plus
? 5 years or more of project management experience with a minimum 3 years in project management in manufacturing environment
? Good communication, coordination, team work and leadership required
? Knowledge of overlay product, market trend and manufacturing process a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Knowledge of office software such as Agile, Word, Excel, PPT, PowerPoint, MS required 举报 分享
