职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.负责内部产品审核，过程审核，项目审核，客户特殊审核，协助内部系统审核及外部审核，内部质量系统培训Be responsible for internal product audit,process audit,project audit,customer specific audit, coordinator for internal system audit and external audit, QM-system training for internal.
2.建立，推进，执行及评估全公司质量体系的有效性，持续改进质量体系
To build-up, promote, implement and assess the effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems.To drive on plant quality systems improvement. .
3.负责月度绩效考核质量指标监控，并跟踪验证各部门整改计划实施效果
Be responsible for monthly quality KPI, follow up and verify the action plan and effectiveness of all department.
4.收集年度质量管理体系运行实施情况,Collect the information of quality management system status;
5.质量管理体系策划及编制、修订、完善管理体系文件, Plan&create, modify,improve quality management system.
6,协助部门制作相关管理制度，工作流程及表单的制定和完善工作Coordinate with other department to establish management system, procedure and form and improvement;
7,部门经理安排的其他任务Other tasks assigned by dept.manager.

Position Requirements
1. 本科或以上；Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3年以上质量体系工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先＞3 years working experience in QMS, Automotive industry is preferred.
3.擅长沟通技巧，熟练使用办公软件 Strong communication skills & Proficient in office
4. VDA6.3及TS16949内审员资格，Certification with VDA6.3/TS16949 internal auditor。
