Responsibilities:
1. Partner with internal departments to work out job specification and timeline to recruit new positions;
2. Decide and use various searching channels to source qualified candidates;
3. Pre-selection and phone interviewing the candidates;
4. Provide candidates with assessment reports to hiring department and set up interviews;
5. Offer negotiation and complete the new hire process;
6. Ownership for on-boarding process and probation assessment process;
7. Support Campus recruiting campaign and other employer branding activities;
8. Personnel supplier management;
9. As a member of the Global Recruiting organization, contribute to projects / initiatives and activities with a pro-active approach “can do attitude”;
10. Responsible to ensure that HOERBIGER’s Recruiting for Excellence methodology is correctly deployed and executed. This will include Structured Demand Definition, Structured Sourcing, Structured Selection & Structured Onboarding;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required;
2. Have 3+ years recruiting experience including both blue collar and white collar staff.
3. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written);
4. Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing and production environments.
5. Expert in the latest Sourcing techniques and competitive recruiting and behavioural interview techniques.
6. Passionate and self-motived
