职位描述：
1.Position/Job Description:

1) Manage customer forecast and firm order and share daily production plan team
      : OTIF data and Engine order, FC preparation

2) Communicated and coordinated with related departments, make sure all production and shipment smoothly

3) Join and manage meeting, relative with EM and others

4) Inventory management and improvement

5) To be involved in new model launch activity, and watch out and manage about phase out

6) Prepare and proceed elimination process

7) OTIF management and improvement

 

2. Preferred qualifications:

1) College / University degree graduated

2) e-mailing with business manner skill

3) Language skill : English in read/write and oral

4) Business software : Excel with formula and function(vlookup, sumif, etc), power point

5) Open minded and excellent communication / persuasion / coordination skill. Passionate, high-responsible, result oriented, self-driven, willing to work under pressure in a fast development environment.

6) problem solving and analytical skills.

7) Logistics and/or related knowledge, including import/export/bonding control

8) have a skill and experience of documentation of shipping docs (invoice, packing list, etc)

9) have a skill and experience of order processing

10) have a skill and experience of international communication, including English and Japanese communication
