职位描述：

人事工作（此岗位需立即上岗、非诚勿扰）

1、制定公司的规章制度，定期完善修订，负责制度的执行监管工作

2、负责人才引进，组织实施招聘，应聘人员面试筛选，办理员工入职、离职手续。

3、负责制定员工培训计划，组织员工培训定期跟踪好各部门培训实施情况

4、负责对各部门负责人工作绩效考核并做出评价

5、建立公司内部沟能机制，及时了解员工思想动态，及员工满意度调查

6、受理员工投诉，组织相关部门妥关部调解

7、负责员工社保，劳动合同的签订，处理员工劳动争议

8、负责员工考勤审核

行政工作

1、负责办公用品的购买，控制降低费用成本，及部门内部费用报销审核

2、组织公司安排的各项活动，负责政府商务洽谈事宜

3、休系文件的受控管理，记录归档，保存

4、安全管理

5、事它临时行政事务处理

要求，

1、大学专科及本科以上，相关专业毕业。

2、5年以上工作经验，三年以上人事行政主管工作经验

3、精通人力资源管理知识，牚握行政管理，法律知识，熟悉质量管理体系，具备较强的领导能力，判断与决策能力；
