Position/Job Description:
?Good comprehension in quality policy defined by top management, following quality procedure (global & local), quality assurance process, developing and maintaining work instruction ,ensure daily job of team completed timely ,
?Cross-functional communication
?Driving quality Improvement to achieve quality KPIs

Essential Duties:
?Measure, monitor , summarize the quality performance of responsible territory ,report to plant quality manager
?Ensure the quality inspection, measurement, quality audit, quality control of material ,component, product completed within expected due time.
?Active involvement in quality improvement action, activities implemented in organization, assist plant quality manager to call cross-functional periodical quality conference
?Daily Cross-functional communication with quality performance, open issues, etc in responsible territory

Preferred qualifications:
?Academic background : Major in Machinery or Electrical Engineering ,University graduated.
?Minimum 3-year experience in quality in mechanical industry, engineering territory experience / preference
?Fluency in speaking English and Mastery in Writing in English.
?Proficiency with Excel.
?Mastery in Control Plan . Good knowledge in quality & environmental management. Experience in 8D, QC 7 tools, PDCA, FMEA.
?A sense of urgency to shoot troubles and take accountability for the results.
?Problem solving and analytical skills. Teamwork player

Internal and External Contacts/Customers:
Internal : Production Planning, Logistics,
External: mainly, sister factories/companies in group / Sales, Supply Chain, after sales ,OEM customer

Reporting Relationship:
Reporting to Quality Manager in plant
Reported by members of responsible team
