职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Direct contact with the customer by way of different modes of communication, including telephone, fax, and e-mail;
- Customer demands transparent and coordinate& perform the monthly demands assessment meeting
- Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) to customers as required;
- Responsible for all shipping releases;
- Updating ERP System to show all of the correct information for the customer;
- Interdepartment contact needed to resolve open issues;
- Creation and use of packaging forms;
- Create customs reports, as required;
- Reporting and corrective action functions, as required;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
'- Bachelor degree in IT or logistic management
- at least 5 year’s work experience in customer service / logistics environment, or a combination of both.
- Must have experience with ERP System, SAP would be preferred;
- Computer and keyboarding (MS Office) skills mandatory;
- Good communication and telephone skills
