职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve production KPIs as productivity, scrap and cycle times.
- Control process technical documentation including Flow Chart, Process FMEA, Working Instruction, etc.
- Implement equipment extensions and actions to increase production capacity.
- Support Production Trainings and Evaluation of Operator Qualification Matrix.
- Coordinate activities to synchronize and improve segment industrial engineering processes in China.
- Support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives and Production 5S.
- Monitor equipment utilization and support maintenance team to reduce downtimes.
- Achieve project milestones and successfully launch new industrialization projects.
- Support new developments with cost estimations and expected lead-times for industrialization.
- Share knowledge of assembly, testing and pneumatics with Production, Quality and other departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related areas to Production & Automation.
Production Know-how in automotive industry, preferentially at pneumatics, assembly and testing.
Knowledge of Industrial Technical Documentation (P-FMEA, Flow Chart, MSA, etc).
Experience with equipment for Greasing, Torqueing, Pressing and Pneumatic Testing is a plus. 举报 分享
