Job description:
Main: Assist sales manager with all related marketing, sales job and after service.
1, Answer incoming calls for machines and parts inquiries and assign to dealers and sales
2, Confirm new machines’ and used machines’ PO and payment with dealers and customers, communicate with factories in U.K. China and U.S. coordinating the shipping , logistic with dealers and customers.
3, Handle all machines, parts import process for Snorkel own from U.K. or U.S.
4, Assist after service engineers with warranty claim.
5, Assist sales manager with marketing information collection and customer database management.
6, Assist sales manager with making brochures, website, training stuff , cards, presents etc.
7, Assist sales manager with events, exhibitions, conferences, campaigns.
8, Assist General Manager with Office paperwork, office daily management work. 举报 分享
