Job description :
1. Purchase order placing
2. Purchase order management. (Delivery time tracing ; Shipment arrangement )
3. Coordination with logistics agent for shipping process
4. Coordination with finance department for payment transfer, invoice and VAT offset.
5. Shipment arrangement for all overseas orders, book vessel; prepare export documents
6. Documents supporting for tax refund.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
2-3 years related experience
