职位描述：
-Responsible for customer complaint and quality issues
-Responsible for organizing TQC activities with production dept.
-Ensuring communication between customers and LCC about quality issues
-Responsible for PFMEA/quality control plan/PPAP/ISIR documentations
-Guiding, coordinating, and supervising subordinate of their duties and working process, ensuring quality goal to be reached
-Responsible for arranging quality analysis meeting, submitting and analyzing quality problem report
-Assisting HR dept to carry out quality training and education
-Responsible for following up the corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications
-At least 3 years' QE supervisor work experience
-Good communication skills with external/internal
-Good achievement for past work
-Familiar with office software
-Excellent oral and written English.
-Familiar with quality tool, 5why,8D
-Familiar with PPAP FEMA SPC MSA & VDE 6.3(process audit)
-More than 5years customer quality engineer work experience in cable manufacturing/cable set assembly industry 举报 分享
