产品工艺/制程工程师

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience
Bachelor degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
Experience with the procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment is preferred Experience managing a new product industrialization utilizing AIAG’s Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) practices or Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) is recommended
First hand knowledge of aluminum brazing, welding or forming is beneficial
Competence with MS Office software: Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
Basic knowledge on material and material forming, can understand metallographic analysis report
Spoken and written English language skills are required
Familiar with TS16929/ISO14000 system
Solid problem solving skill
Skillfully use Microsoft Project and AutoCAD



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
Responsible for the process maintain and improvement for value stream
Completion of APQP ME tasks such as updating Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, Engineering Experiment Sample Builds, Process Capability Plans, Production Trial Runs, and Run at Rate Analyses
Generate MOC/spec sheet to specifying, designing, managing vendors, and validating tooling, fixtures, and equipment
Communication with other Modine locations for sharing of lessons learned and best practices
Tracking project costs including tooling and equipment investments
Collaborating with program management, application engineering, quality engineering, and other ME team members for successful product development
Cooperating with production team for inputs on process development, support during Engineering Experiment Sample Builds, transition into production, and quality improvements after the start of production
Analyze manufacturing problems and develop alternative approaches to their solution quickly.
Work with new product ME and Maintenance Engineers for tooling/equipment/line trial run and validation until sign off.
Keep track on capacity vs. demands, alert when present processes capacity can’t be in line with customer demands, at least subsequent 4 months customer forecast is considered.
Training of production operators and technicians in new processes and Work Instructions
Use and involve global spec updating, like GD, GE, GP,GM spec in Modine intranet
Comply with Modine safety regular and national safety requirement, like LOTO, EHS, and OHSA
With IE tool (NPS, line balance, cycle time, SMED, Layout, human factor/ ergonomics), conduct continuous improvement every day.
Estimate cost impacted if CR raise, and track till CR realize.
Play significant role in MOS activities.
