岗位描述/职责
1. 组织车间员工保质保量地完成生产任务，同时对车间员工的培训、安全和绩效管理负责；
2. 按照生产计划，合理安排每个班次的具体工作任务，合理调配和组织人员，并将作业计划落实到个人；
3. 控制加工过程中的产品质量，及时与质量部门沟通质量信息，组织质量纠正和预防措施的执行；
4. 督促现场操作工严格按规定及流程要求操作，对加工过程事故进行原因分析和处理，并落实纠正预防措施；
5. 督促操作工做好现场5S及AM工作；
6. 提出操作人员的培训需求，并负责机加车间现场各项培训计划的具体实施；
7. 控制现场的机台效率和人工效率； 控制生产成本，如刀具、切削液、油品的消耗；
8. 定期汇总并汇报各项生产管理数据，同时针对分析结果进行绩效改善；
9. 积极领导并推动本部门一切的改善项目；
10. 完成其它上级交办的工作。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Overall responsibility for machining workshop operators management, including build up the team, shift arrangement, ESH control, training, and performance management.
2. According to the MRP planning, optimize the shift arrangement and detail the working assignment to each operator with suitable working instructions.
3. Control the machining quality, keep a frequent and smooth communication with QC stuff, make sure the root cause analysis and correction actions of the quality issues are taken timely and effectively.
4. Supervision the company policies and working instructions are strictly followed on-site of machining workshop. All abnormal cases are timely treated and followed up with correction actions.
5. Supervision the execution of 5S and autonomous maintenance task on-site.
6. Responsible for the training plan making and training activities taken in the shop floor.
7. Responsible for the machines productivity and labor efficiency, and control the consumptions cost for tooling, coolant, oil, etc.
8. Data collection and analysis for production performance. Regularly report out the data and also come up with some improvement suggestions.
9. Lead the operators to participate the on-site improvement activities.
10. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.

任职资格
工作要求/标准
1. 机械、机电或相关专业大专及以上毕业（条件特别优秀者可适当放宽）；
2. 5年以上机加工现场从业经验，其中至少3 年以上机加现场生产管理经验；
3. 管理过30人以上的机加工现场员工团队，有三班制现场管理经验者尤佳；
4. 良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，良好的服务意识和服从性；
5. 关系的建立者：建立和维护有效的团队环境，预见和克服阻力；
6. 执行的推动者：确保公司决策能在现场得到有效实施，有较强的目标意识，勇于承担责任；
7. 变革的执行者：不懈地与员工沟通和交流，确保改善项目在现场的快速实施；
8. 问题解决者：能从多角度看待问题，思维逻辑性强，明确问题症结所在，并将解决方案落到实处；
9. 一定的英语流通技能，能阅读一般的英文邮件，能用英语进行简单沟通；
10. 有一定的精益六西格玛方面的理论知识，熟悉一些常规精益理念和精益工具者尤佳；
11. 会使用Email, Word, Excel, PPT等常用软件工具； 熟悉Auto-CAD, SAP、COSCO软件者尤佳；

Job Requirement
1. College degree or above with major in Mechanics, Electrics & Mechanics or related major (special approval can be applied for the special excellent candidates).
2. 5 years work experience in a machining production environment both in a production management role or an engineering support role, but at least 3 years experience on machining production management.
3. Solid experience of managing a team more than 30 people, working in three-shifts experience is a plus.
4. Good cooperation and communication skill; good can do attitude, and work with passion.
5. Relationship builder: a good teamwork player, can foresee and overcome resistance.
6. Executive promoter: can make things happened down-to-earth timely and efficiently, taking responsibility.
7. Changing executor: keep close communication with operators and striving for process optimization together.
8. Problem solver: logic thinking but open minding, good at root cause analysis and solution approach making.
9. Can speak and read English for working communication.
10. Certain knowledge of 6 Sigma, skilled in using lean tool and lean management is a plus
