职位描述：
Key Responsibility主要职责：

1. Communicate with the customer engineering team. Timely solve the problems.
与客户工程团队沟通。及时解决问题。
2. Need to know of product engineering, electronics manufacturing, electronic components, as well as the ERP system, to development of new manufacturing processes, DFx development, to meet the product specification requirements.
需要精通产品工程的各个方面，SMT， wave solder, costing, tooling, production line-layout etc. process, 电子元器件，以及ERP系统，开发并实施新的制造工艺，进行DFx的开发，满足产品规格要求。
3. Review & analysis documentations from customers such as assembly drawing, BOM, ensure that all information be accepted and absorbed into internal documents. Research and implement process for new production
客户文件的审核、分析，诸如装配图纸，BOM表，确保所有的客户信息能被接受及吸收，并能准确无误地转化为内部文件；研究并实施新产品的制作工艺。
4. BOM &parts number set up by ERP system, update & maintenance in time. Set up WI.
按ERP 系统的要求建立公司内部的物料编码，及时更新、维护；制定产品WI。
5. Review PCB board design from customers, to meet layout requirements of supplier, & discussion about technical information with supplier
客户PCB 板设计的审核，并排版，以满足供应商的要求，并与供应商商榷技术信息
6. Issue the ECO timely when the information has been changed by customer, ensure that all requirements has been implement, and follow-up regularly
客户信息变更时，及时下发工程变更文件，确保按要求执行及定期跟进；
7. Customer’s documents management & control, to ensure that latest version be used by production.
客户文件的管理与控制，确保生产用文件的最新版本；
8. Using project management skills to lead the NPI and maintain the daily production. To participant in analysis & improvement of Non-performing products, include the RMA; NCR etc, to provide technical support for continues improvement.
将项目管理技能来管理新产品导入和产品日常生产的维护,参与不良品的分析及改善,包括RMA、NCR等，为持续改善提供技术支持；
9. Cost down, according to BOM & other technical information to provide some price proposal to customer, and in charge of follow-up, until get approval by customer.
降成本， 根据BOM表及其他技术信息向客户提供替代/降价建议，并负责跟踪直至被客户批准。
10. Check and improve manufacturing process, and raise output and reliability and efficiency of production through learning and recommending new technologies;
查看、改善以及优化制造程序，学习和推荐新技术来提高产品的产出、可靠性和效率；
11. Work with supplier to make wave soldering fixture and final assembly tooling.
和厂商一起设计制作过炉夹具和组装工装。
12. Relative work arrangement by your supervisor

Qualifications任职资格：

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in an mechanical or electronics-related discipline, 3 years and above enterprise in EMS industry
大学本科机械或电子相关专业，3年以上EMS行业的工作经验
2. The knowledge of PCB and electronic components analysis & applications
具有PCB及电子元器件分析与应用的知识
3. Effective English communication skills, both written and spoken;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
4. AutoCAD, CAM350, Oracle & Aegis experience is preferred.
了解AutoCAD, CAM350,Oracle & Aegis等软件.
5. Extended knowledge of industry accepted manufacturing, quality and technical standards (IPC, ISO, JIT, SPC, Lean etc).
良好的行业知识包括生产、质量和技术标准（IPC，ISO，JIT，SPC，精益生产等）。
6. Have good communication skills and team work spirit;
具有良好的人际沟通技能及团队合作精神；
7. Ability to multi-task;
能够承担一定的工作压力；
8. Project management and Oracle operation knowledge is preferred.
