职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责：
？ 1. Inspection of prototype components: CMM and manual gauging.
？ 原型部件的检查：CMM和手动测量；
？ 2. Pump assembly.
？ 装配油泵；
？ 3. Set-up equipment for specific test: fixtures, shafts, instrumentation.
？ 设定具体测试的设备：夹具、轴、仪器仪表；
？ 4. Run tests: hydraulic, acoustic, durability, cold start, audits.
？ 运行测试：液压、声学、耐久性、冷启动、审核；
？ 5. Record information during test.
？ 测试过程中的信息记录；
？ 6. Pump tear down analysis.
？ 拆泵分析；
？ 7. Operation of data acquisition equipment.
？ 设备运行数据的采集；
？ 8. Periodic CAD design of test fixtures.
？ 定期设计测试夹具；
？ 9. Provide test feedback to engineering personnel.
？ 向工程部提供测试反馈；
？ 10. Work in compliance with customers’ specific requirement, such as QSB of SGE, Formal Q of VW, etc.
？ 依据客户的特定要求工作，比如SGE的QSB，VW的Formal Q；
？ 11. Work in compliance with Stackpole EP Quality Operating System policies and procedures.
？ 依据世特科工程产品质量操作系统的政策和程序工作。

QUALIFICATIONS:
岗位要求：
？ 1. College technician or technologist diploma or equivalent industry experience.
？ 大专学历，技术类专业或相关行业的经验；
？ 2. Understanding of pump operation and theory.
？ 了解的泵的操作和理论；
？ 3. Understanding of instrumentation theory.
？ 了解工具理论；
？ 4. Computer knowledge of D/A, Lotus, Word Processing.
？ 拥有D/A、Lotus、文字处理的计算机知识；
？ 5. Positive outlook.
？ 积极的价值观；
？ 6. Mechanical aptitude.
？ 机械相关方面的资质；
？ 7. Team player with a “can do” attitude.
