[主要职责] (Key Responsibility)：

1. 参与新项目开发:

As a team member in new project:

做为项目组成员，参加项目会议;

Attend new project meeting as team member;

参与新产品的质量策划;

Participate in new project APQP;

参与样件、PPAP件的制造过程;

Participate in prototype & PPAP samples manufacturing and Quality Control.

整理准备试样资料，更新并保持过程控制计划;

Prepare prototype control plan, incoming inspection, Dimension report, etc. and update them once something changed;

负责首、末件、巡检、出货等检验依据的编制工作;

Prepare First/last off inspection report, process audit report, dock audit report, etc;

根据要求，确认检验方案，检验员完成检验工作后实施确认;

Confirm inspection method，frequency, after inspector finished inspection work, validation is necessary;

负责专用检具的供应商寻找、制作、确认;

Take the responsibility for searching gages’ supplier, manufacturing & validating gages- MSA

负责新产品PPAP文件的准备工作;

Prepare PPAP document for new project;

2. 内部质量控制:

Internal quality control:

每天关注车间的FTT，一旦低于合格率目标，及时监督人员进行分析解决;

Review FTT every day, once find them under our target, and Monitor relative engineers to solve;

每天关注SPC控制图，一旦出现异常情况，及时进行分析、解决;

Review SPC control chart every day, once find them under our target, and Monitor relative department to solve;

及时处理检验员开具的NCR报告;

Deal with NCR report in time;

对车间发生的严重不合格，及时开具8D报告并监督相关部门人员进行处理;

Once find serious problems, open 8D report and monitor relative department to solve;

参与每天的快速反应，并确认相关问题的解决;

Attend Fast response meeting every day, confirm relative problems have been solved;

审核设备加工能力，按Cpk值调整控制计划;

Audit equipment manufacturing capability as stated period，adjust Control plan as CPK value;

监控首末件、巡检等检验活动的执行情况;

Monitor first/last off inspection, process audit and other inspection implementing status, once find some problems, implement corrective action;

3. 客户抱怨处理:

Deal with customers’ complaint:

建立客户抱怨处理台帐，并及时更新;

Establish customers’ complaint log, and update it;

对客户抱怨的问题，及时开具8D并组织相关人员进行解决;

Once customers’ complaint occurred, open 8D and organize relative engineers to solve;

一旦生产过程变更，及时通知客户，得到客户允许后，准备相关的PPAP文件提交客户批准;

Once product/process change, informs customers in time, and organizes & submit relative document to customers for approval as our Quality Management System requirement;

必要时到客户现场解决质量问题，并制定相应的纠正措施预防;

Solve quality problems on customers’ site if need, and make corrective plan;

4. 参与审核:

Participate in audit process:

参与公司组织的内审;

Conduct and coordinate internal audit and external audit .

按计划对负责的产品进行过程和产品审核;

Participate in product & process audit;

接待客户组织的体系和过程审核;

Coordinate to implement product/process audit;

5. 其它方面:

Others:

负责对检验员、车间操作工进行质量培训;

Take the responsibility for product quality training for inspectors & operators;

接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行;

Attend ISO14001 training, implement as ISO14001 system requirement;

遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则;

Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook;

生产线发现严重质量问题时，有权建议停产;

Take the authority for cutting production line as soon as finding serious problems occurred on the line;

质量经理分配的其他任务;
