[主要职责] (Key Responsibility)：

1、 负责工厂内的维修活动。根据工厂运营需求提供必要的机械、电气、设施的维修工作。保证工厂内的设备的稳定高效运营。

Responsible for Plant Maintenance activities. Provides mechanical & electrical & utility maintenance service to meet Operations requirement. Ensure all equipments and utilities running smoothly.

2、 负责制定执行全面维修保养计划。

Responsible for Developing and implementing TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance)

3、 负责备品备件管理。

Responsible for spare parts application and management.

4、 发展执行EHS体系, 确保能符合法律等方面的要求

Develop, introduce and implement EHS systems, throughout the entire site to achieve legal requirement.

5、 负责其他必要的工作

Responsible for other works as requirement

[要求] (Requirements)

？ 独立维修设备故障。有数控设备或焊接机器人方面维修经验。有钳工证优先。

Able to handle machine repairs independently. Experience about CNC or Robot is desirable. Fitter certification is plus

？ 至少三年以上国内外中型以上企业维修部门工作经历，熟悉国内外机器设备。

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Maintenance department of a large and medium scale Industry with Variety of domestic, foreign Machines and equipment.

？ 熟悉维护管理体系和相关指标。

Familiar with Maintenance Key Performance Indicators ( MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Cost, Energy consumption, etc.)

？ 良好合作意识和团队建设能力。

Good in coordination and team building.

？ 大专以上学历,办公软件熟练（office and CAD），有一定的英文读写能力。

College or above, Proficiency in computer skills(Office and CAD).

Knowledge of written English is must. Spoken English is desirable.

？ 有上进心，出色的沟通和协调技巧，具备较强的责任感。

Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

Strong sense of responsibility.
