Receiving customer order and check the orders are in line with company's internal control requirement. Create sales order in SAP, and confirm to customer.

Monitoring customer orders, and problem detection during order execution, and giving action plans both internally and externally.

Confirming the planned shipments with customer and release shipping request to shipping function.

Follow up with shipments until goods being received by customer.

Prepare full sets of documents for customer or for logistics purpose. Ensure the invoice being issued on time.

Work with sales and planning fuctions to prepare the forecast information. Participate forecast related process/meeting. (SOP/MPS)

ABCXYZ analysis on finished goods and KPI calculation.

Finished goods stock monitoring, expedite sales execution and obsolete stock cleaning.

Other tasks being assigned.
