? Arrange shipment according to PO and Dispatch Note, and create shipping instruction to the forwarder.
根据订单和发货单安排货运，向货代确认装运信息。
? Check all the shipping documents before shipment, especially match to right custom bonded handbook.
在货物装运前确认单据的准确性，特别是使用正确的加工贸易手册。
? Apply Commodity Inspection to CIQ and Insurance according to the contract in time.
根据合同及时地为货物办理商检和保险手续。
? Prepare necessary license, certificate, explanation and other documents for import & export cargos.
为进出口货物办理相关许可证件、证明，准备情况说明和其他文件等。
? Truthfully and accurately declaring import & export commodity to Customs and Inspection & Quarantine Bureau.
如实申报进出口货物的报关、报检信息。
? Arrange payment to forwarder according to the contract.
根据合同安排付款给货代。
? Make file for all the operation documents, such as shipment, insurance, declarations etc.
将所有的业务文件进行归档，诸如运输、保险、报关、报检等。
? Strengthen forwarder performance management，improve forwarder performance.
加强货代绩效管，改善货代绩效。
? Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作 .
? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。
? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? Education background: College and above
教育背景：大专及以上学历
? Work experience: At least 3 years logistics, import & export work experience
工作经验：3年以上物流及进出口工作经验
? Capabilities/certificates/ training received: Qualified for Logistics Specialist, Customs declaration and Inspection declaration is preferred.
能力/证书/相关培训要求：持有物流师证、报关员资格证、报检员资格证者优先
? Social skills: Be good at communicative, ability to coordinate and team work.
社交技能：具备良好的沟通，协调能力和团队合作精神
? Foreign language: Good English communication skill
外语要求：良好的英语阅读能力
? Computer skill: Familiar with MS office
计算机技巧：熟悉MS office 办公软件
