职位描述：
岗位职责；
1. 作为业务窗口支持相关区域的业务支持需求。
Work independently or with team members to work as contact window to support related business.
2. 跟进内部流程的审批并及时做好信息整合和更新, 并做好归档工作。
Follow up internal processes and update the approved commercial terms， and manage all commercial documents with proper filing.
3. 负责协调与销售的相关部门从需求产生到款项回收的整个业务流程，及时在系统中更新业务状态。
Work with sales and functional departments to manage the whole process from opportunity to AR collection process, and update the business status timely.
4. 协助区域内销售做好库存管理等工作。
Work with regional sales for timely updates stock management.
5. 协助或推进团队内日常工作的持续改进, 并提供相关支持和督导。有CRM或ERP经验优先。
Assist or push team`s continuous improvements in daily work with related supports, coaching.Experience on CRM and ERP system in advance.


任职资格：
1. 三年以上外贸跟单、销售支持或客户服务等相关工作经验，熟悉销售支持和订单跟进及操作流程。
At least 5 years related working experience on exporting business follow up, sales support or customer service, familiar with sales support and orders processing work.
2. 良好的沟通能力和执行力,良好的团队精神，工作时间灵活。
Good communication skill, good execution, good teamwork, flexible working time.
3. 本科学历，国际贸易或外贸英语等相关专业。
Bachelor degree, major in international trade, English.
英文良好，熟练使用办公软件。
