Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for factory utilities management to maintain all areas including manufacturing clean rooms and warehouse areas.
2. Maintain facility equipment for optimum performance; include boiler, compressor, chiller, HVAC, distilling facility, longevity and reduced downtime.
3. Monitor utility spending and develop and implement cost reduction plans.
4. Facility improvement projects management.
5. Communicate as needed with manufacturing team and management on maintenance and other issues that might impact operations.

Requirements:

1. Junior College or above

2. At least five years management experience in facility management

3. Chiller, compressor, HVAC experience.

4. Boiler experience is better.

5. ISO9001/14000 experience preferred.

6. Computer operate skill, office document requirement

7. Option: (English read/write/speaking)
