工作职责
岗位描述/职责
1. 负责机械、电气零件的检验，检验数据收集及处理；
2. 铸件/锻件的进货超声波检验, 超声波检测二级证书优先考虑；
3. 编辑/更新相关生产检验文件，协助工艺工程师优化和更新工艺；
4. 配合装配主管及时发现质量问题，组织、协调资源，推动解决装配工艺质量问题诊断及指导；
5. 持续改善产品质量，协调推动过程导向质量管理体系及相关工作流程的建立与完善。
6. 质量经理要求完成的其它任务。



Job Description/Responsibility
1. Mechanical/ Electrician inspection for mechanical/ electric parts, inspection data collection and analysis.
2. Casting/ Forging part inspection with UT for incoming parts inspection. UT Π is preferred.
3. Edit / update relative production inspection documents, help process engineer to optimize process and update.
4. Cooperate with assembly leader to find process quality issues, do problem-solving and co-ordinate among relevant departments.
5. Do continuous improvement for process quality and optimize relevant process quality and company quality system.
6. Other tasks given by quality manager.
任职资格
工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业；
2. 五年以上机械制造生产/检验经验并有丰富的机械和电气检验技术经验；
3. 熟练使用超声波仪器；
4. 熟练应用ISO9000，具备SPC， SAP应用经验更优；
5. 经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
6. 具备机电制程检验经验；
7. 能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
8. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
9. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
10. 根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训；
11. 熟练掌握各种质量分析方法。


Job Requirement
1. University graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major.
2. Rich experience in mechanical field. 5 years work experience in injection molding machine industry inspection will be a plus.
3. Rich practical experience in Ultrasonic testing field is a must.
4. Familiar/Proficient in using ISO9000, experience in SAP will be necessary /plus.
5. Apply ENGEL police and professional know how well in getting relevant training.
6. Experience in electrical & mechanical and technical processes inspection.
7. English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned.
8. Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
9. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
10. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
