工作职责Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the assessment work to the pre-conceptual design of construction layout
参与工厂布局小组前期概念设计及建筑施工图纸（电气施工部分）的评审工作
2.Participate in the compiling work of mission statement and technical requirements of the building design
参与建筑设计任务书和施工技术要求的编制工作
3.Be responsible for the management work to the construction of electric of the new plant
负责厂房建设电气相关工程施工现场管理工作
4.Cooperate with the relocation team with the work of removing and debugging to all facilities
配合搬迁小组进行设备拆装、搬迁、调试等相关工程协调工作
5.Measures of Effectiveness
控制措施
Cooperating with other engineers on the construction work and trying to control the progress rate of the project, reporting the status of the project to building construct leader and project managers
与其他工程人员紧密合作，互相配合，全面掌握工程进展情况，定期汇报至工厂建设组长及项目经理
Checking the details of the construction, Coordinating and handling the problems in the construction process
核实施工细节，协调处理施工过程中出现的问题
Supporting the HSE engineer on the HSE work during the construction and relocation
配合HSE工程师进行现场安全管理工作
Assisting the project managers to make various instructions
协助项目经理对施工现场发出各种指令
Assisting the quality inspector on the inspection of incoming materials, making sure it is conform to the requirement of the design and contract
协助质量检验员进行来料验收，使之符合设计和合同的要求
Assisting the quality inspector on the quality controlling of the construction, making sure it is conform to the requirement of the design and contract
与质量检验员配合进行施工过程的质量监控，使之符合设计和合同的要求
Participate in the checking and acceptance work in different phases under the leadership of project management team
在项目管理团队的领导下参与阶段性验收和交付验收
Following government regulations with building spec., etc
项目施工等工作必须符合国家相关法律法规的规定
6.Be responsible for the compiling work of the technical information of the project and the conforming and later training
负责工程项目技术资料的整理，工程的交付与培训工作
7.Be in charge of related HSE&BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE和BOS体系中的有关职责
8.Finish the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职条件Qualifications:
1.Major in Electrical or related professional, college education or above;
机电或相关专业，大专以上学历
2.Experienced in the Industrial power distribution and mechanical installation,3 years’ related working experience is required;
丰富的工业配电及机电安装工程类管理经验，3年以上相关工作年限；
3.Good electrical knowledge and industrial high-voltage power distribution and installation skills are required;
良好的电气原理工作知识，熟悉工业高低压配电和设备安装技能
4.With the ability of reading the construction, electrical and mechanical installation drawings, be familiar with technical specifications and the criterion of acceptance to the design and construction of mechanical and electrical;
具有建筑、机电安装类识图能力，熟悉国家相关行业标准和技术规范，熟悉设计及机电类施工质量验收规范，熟悉电气材料性能和用途，熟悉施工技术及施工工艺
5.Good English is required for daily job
英语交流及沟通能力能满足日常工作需要
6.Skilled in computer literacy especially MS and Auto-CAD;
熟练的计算机应用能力，尤其是MS 和CAD 软件
