Responsibilities：
1.Customer satisfaction
To responsible for standard cost maintain, control, update and analysis
To work with supply chain team to review on inventory balance forecast, obsolescence and slow moving inventory;
To responsible for inventory cycle count and annual stock take.
To responsible for weekly and monthly manufacturing cost review including labor & overhead cost analysis, absorption analysis, material usage and price variance analysis, margin analysis, etc.
To prepare Manufacturing report timely, especially for Controllable cost items needs to make detail analysis;
To work with supply chain & production team to review manufacture variances, purchase price variances and material usage variance
To responsible for the development of standard costs, product costs and reporting systems required to provide helpful financial information.
To responsible for follow and compliance with Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
To work with respective business partners to ensure proper costs (freight, duties, overhead, etc.) are applied.
To prepare cost forecast and comparable analysis with budget and forecast,
To support annual budgeting and external audit by providing related cost.
To responsible for make quotation for new business & new products
To responsible for Capex management
To participate improvements projects and CI initiative
2.Growth
To develop labor and material costing on new projects and new processes
To develop & improve cost process to ensure efficient & accurancy;
4.Value Creation
To be involved in CI activities
To manage Sierra projects based on : new and alternates materials, new processes and changes to current processes, suppliers development
To review labor sequence and bill of materials of products quoted to customers and analysis the cost of competitors.
5.Citizenship
To participate Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required
6.People development
To participate in company training as required
To provide training in product application to customers and to associates.
7. Other tasks assigned by Plant Controller
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历
A) Essential 基本要求：
Good skills for Microsoft office, and be familiar with ERP system
Good communication skills.
Easily work in a cross functional team.
Educational Requirement 教育（受训)要求：
A) Essential 基本要求：
Bachelor degree, major in accounting or mathematics
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken
B) Desirable 理想要求：
Preferred Hardworking, quick learning with strong sense of business and operation
Experience Required 工作经验：
With good background on strong Mfg costing experience for Standard cost experience
Strong knowledge and understanding in standard cost calculation and analysis
