职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责：
1、与制造、质量、生产合作完成新产品的开发，持续改进现有产品；
2、负责采购刀具，做好刀具库存管理；
3、结合质量工程完成汽车操作系统的实现，包括APQP、PPAP、QOS，按ISO / TS 16949标准与过程开发，包括：
    -设置指令
    - 建立参数表
    -设置检查表
    -制作机加工日志
    -易腐工具控制系统
    -夹具性能分析
     -夹具预测、预防检查表和审核表
4、审查和记录夹具检查表；
5、结合质量要求调试生产设备；
6、CNC机加工；
7、完成CNC运行速率过程的性能测试；
8、完成周报告，持续改善。

QUALIFICATIONS:
岗位要求：
1、机械相关专业，大专学历；
2、5年以上CNC加工经验和自动化装配经验；
3、熟练使用办公软件；
4、熟悉ISO/TS16949汽车行业质量体系要求；
5、良好的沟通、协作、冲突管理和问题解决能力；
6、良好的跨部门合作能力；
