职位描述：
主要职责Tasks or Missions :

1. 基本职责Essential

- 参加设备的安装、调试、验收follow the work isusse from foreman.
- 了解并掌握维护部所有的工作过程Get familiar with all maintenance processes
- 按照维修班长所发布的工作指令进行各种维修维护Follow all kinds of work issues from maintenance foreman
- 进行故障的维修与诊断Diagnosis and solve problems on the machinery and equipment
- 完成相关维护的纪录fill in report after repair and hand over to foreman.
- 负责协助整理仓库，维修间修理和维护设备和基础设施follow backup work issues from foreman,hand over all necessary backup documents, CD's and information to MT-Tech.
- 进行备品备件的验收do the inspection of spare part which arrived at warehouse

2. 质量、环境安全及能源职责Quality & Environmental & Safety & Energy

- 参与本部门的环境因素识别，参与环境因素评价。Responsible for the identification of environment aspects, and take part in the evaluation of environment aspects.
- 发生环境安全突发事件（如火灾，地震，化学品泄漏等）时能够根据应急响应程序采取相应的行动。Take certain actions according to the emergency procedure when environment and safety accident occurs.
- 参与资源的回收利用（包装，纸张等）Participate to the recycling of products (package, paper, …)
- 根据环保规定将垃圾归类存放；Sorts out of the trash as defined in the Procedure for environment protection;
- 重视公司内部的安全Respect and make respect the safety around whole of the company
- 进入生产现场时要穿戴必要的防护用品 Wear his safety suits all day long when in workshop
- 积极识别本工作岗位的危险源并做出相关措施Distinguishes the dangerous source and makes the associated measures
- 自觉遵守公司的相关安全规章制度 Observes company's related security rules and regulations
- OH&S管理体系的执行，确保OH&S绩效得以持续改进Implementation of OHSMS, contribute to improvement of OHSMS;
- 对OH&S管理体系提出自己的建议Offer viable suggestion of operation of OHSMS
- 发现事故隐患、虚惊事件以及事故时应及时上报Discovered when accident potential, false alarm event as well as accident should report promptly
- 做好本部门的质量及能源管理体系工作，根据体系要求对本部门维修管理加强过程控制。Responsible for quality and energy management system within TED department, enhance TED process control according to requirements of the system.
- 参与本部门的能源变量识别。Participate in identification for energy variable within TED department

3. 能力要求 Competence Requirements:
- 教育背景Education: 有2年以上专业的学习 Be insured having more 2 years professional study.
- 经验Experience: 三年以上相关工作经验More than 3 years of related experiences
- 培训 Training：受过相关的技术维修和维护培训 Has received the correlative repairing and maintenance working
- 技能Skill:
看懂机械与液压图纸Understand mechanical and hydraulic drawing
懂得相关的技术维修和维护Understand the correlative repairing and maintenance working
看懂简单的英文资料Read and understand simple English documentation.
