职位描述：
Essential requirements:
- University degree in relative engineering major
- Minimum 5-years' working experience in industry/lean engineering position and in Automotive field is prefer
- Familiar with TS 16949 stardard and requirements
- Good Engilish in reading and writing, as well as in oral
- Good computer skill for office and Auto CAD/CATIA
- Open, creative and good team player

Main tasks:
- Set up and continiously refine the production layout, station layout by taking vonsiderations of quality control, zero wastes and ergonomics
- Conduct on-site time study and time observation and standard work combination sheet
- Establish and optimize the manufacturing flow/ layout for new/ existing products
- Develop and establish manufacturing process, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for automotive products
- Creat and update product item and BOM in SAP and preform regular time study to update exsiting labor cycle time standard
- Implement continous improvement project on optimization of process to improve production efficiency and quality
- Suppot MQE to establish the quslity standard and control plan for products
- Performs required tests and analysis on products, samples and materials to ensure quality standard being met
