职位描述：
岗位职责/Job Description：
1. Responsible for establishing and updating the DPS.
负责建立和更新详细项目计划；
2. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on schedule progress and deviations within all parties involved in the project.
负责监控和报告所有项目相关方的项目计划进展和偏离；
3. Responsible for communicating the DPS, and changes thereto, to all parties involved in the project.
负责与所有项目相关方沟通详细项目计划；
4. Responsible for regularly monitoring critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
负责定期监控计划中的关键路径，识别风险和机会，并制定减轻或恢复计划；
5. Lead meetings related to DPS topics.
主持与详细项目计划相关的会议；
6. Manage, with the support of all Project Core Team members, the effective communication to all parties of the DPS and updates thereto
在所有项目核心成员的支持下，管理与详细项目计划相关的所有方的有效沟通，并进行更新；
7. Ensure that schedule implications of changes dealt with the change control tool are made visible and clear prior to decisions to being presented to the change control tool确保通过变更控制工具的计划变更，在决定输入到变更控制工具之前均可见且清晰。
8. Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作。

任职要求/Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
2. 3+ years' project-related working experience.
3年以上的项目相关工作经验。
3. Be good at communicative and ability to coordinate.
具备良好的沟通和协调能力。
4. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing.
良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
5. Be familiar with MS office and MS PROJECT.
