职位描述：
Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1． 定义产品战略并负责跟踪实施，分析产品前景，制定阶段性产品规划，组织并参与新产品可行性研究；
Define product strategy and is responsible for tracking the implementation, andanalysis the outlook of product.Make the regular product planning ,organize and participate in feasibility study of new product.
2. 负责收集、整理与分析用户需求、竞品动态与行业情况；
Responsible for collecting , sorting and analysis of users‘ needs , competing goods dynamic and industry ;
3． 与团队紧密配合，快速、高效推动产品设计、研发、推广，协调推进达成产品目标；
 Work closely with the team.Quickly and efficiently to promote the product design ,research and development. Coordinate to achieve product goals ;
4． 向销售与市场团队提供产品性能技术指导、竞争分析、销售策略等指导方案；
Provide the sales and marketing team technical guidance , productperformance competitive analysis , marketing strategy and so on ;
5. 制定产品开发的工作流程，规范操作标准化，在研发过程能够做好可行性分析， 成本控制及预算使用；
Formulate product development workflow , standardization of standardoperation. Be able to do a good job in the feasibility analysis in developing process , costcontrol and budget ;
6. 及时提供产品技术支持，定期进行产品的分析评估，不断提出产品优化改进；
 Periodically to provide product technical support , product evaluation , product optimization improved constantly
7． 参与产品市场宣传策略和推广计划的制定与执行；
 Participate in product marketing strategy and promotion plan and implementation;
8. 负责对销售及相关部门进行的产品知识、行业知识及技术等相关培训；
Be responsible for training the sales and related departments of the product and industry knowledge, technology and other related ;
9． 支持总体市场分析以及价格战略制定；
Support the overall market analysis and price strategy
10. 参与跟踪集团内客户的开发与服务；
 Participate in the development and service of tracking group customer ;
11. 上级领导临时交待的相关事务。
 Other related issues arranged by the Superior leadership temporary.
 
Requirements 职位要求 :
1．理工科大专或以上学历；
College degree or above in science and engineering ;
2．3年以上汽车行业或相关行业的从业经验
 More than 3 years working experience in Auto and related industry.
3. 有汽车用品相关经验的须优先考虑，具备产品种类、产品规格、包装设计理念、产品说明书相关经验等；
Auto supplies related experience is perfered. Have product variety ,product specifications , packaging design , product manuals related experience ;
4. 熟悉产品开发全过程，产品包装材料及工艺，了解产品工艺制作流程；
Familiar with the product development process , the product packaging materials and technology , knowledge of product process of the production process ;
5．熟练使用产品设计工具，如AxureRP、Visio等；对用户体验和交互设计有一定的认识；
Familiar with product design tools such as AxureRP , Visio , etc ; Has certain understanding on the userexperience and interaction design has certain understanding ;
6．良好的英语听说读写能力；
Be fluently in English speaking and written.
7. 有强烈的工作责任心和事业心；做事态度严谨、踏实，思维敏捷；
Have a strong sense of responsibility and the dedication to work ; Work attitudeis rigorous , steadfast , thought agile .
8. 优秀的团队合作精神。
