Responsibilities：

1.Customer satisfaction
- To check and control all kind of invoices from suppliers
- To conduct 3-way match with invoices, receiving reports and PO
- To prepare payment request according to payment term
- To manage and analysis AP balance periodically.
- To responsible for AP reports, including intercompany reconciliation; AP aging and checking list; AP Forecast
- To responsible for follow and compliance with Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
- To responsible for balance sheet accounts reconciliation for AP area
- To develop and maintain good relationship with relevant departments to assist in the timely processing of vendor invoices
- To ensure vendor master files are regularly updated and records are promptly updated in ERP
2.Value Creation
- To be involved in GPS activities
3.Citizenship
- To participate on Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required
4.People development
- To participate in company training as required
- To meet career plan for GPS and for the position
- To provide training in product application to customers and to associates.
5. Support expenses& travelling to plant manager.
6. Control & report plant KPI.
7. Other tasks assigned by Plant Controller& Plant manager

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历

Independent, proactive, creative and professional attitude

Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance
Good skill in written English
