Responsibilities：

1.Overall responsible for PMEA, Control Plan and WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work ( STW ) 2.Lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI) 3.New production line introduction tasks assigned by Engineering manager.
4.Led engineers to develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
5.Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
6.Teamwork with production and Quality teams to solve quality issue and complete process improvements
7.To participate in training idefined by the company and training to associates as required
8.Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification

A）Essential：

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools, ISO-9000 , ISO-14000 and OHSAS -18000

B) Desirable：

1. TS16949, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan knowledge 2. Experience of working in US invested company. 3. Familiar with procedure of developing new products for automobile customers. 4. Minimum 10 years working experience in process standardization and improvement

Educational Requirement：

1.College education ,Process Engineering background , Major in Mechanic
2.Fluent in English ( Written and Speaking )

Experience Required：

1.Minimum 2 years working experience as process engineer. 2. Working experience in automobile parts production.
