Job Responsibility:
1. Has sales responsibility for specific products usage of Manufacturers in corresponding area and the sales team.
2. Increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.
3. Manage the performance of the distributors and reporting sales staff.
4. Facilitate the usage of Parker products in local and overseas OEMs.
5. Seek for replacement of Parker products to competitors' products in Customers.
6. Responsible for communications with Product Divisions.
7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
8. Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and O.E.M targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.
10. Present positive self-image and make good business decisions in the market.
11. Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree holder
2. Strong in Market Development
3. Good command in English
4. Good coordination Skill
5. Over 6 years sales experience in industrial products
6. Over 3 years sales management experience with direct reporting sales staff.
