数控车床工/磨床工

工作职责：

Responsible for machining of 4-axis CNC machine or grinder;

负责4轴数控机床或磨床的加工；

Check and take over carbon disks, travelers and processing sheets from last process, prepare related tooling, gauges, and adjust machine tool.

接受、检查、核对按工序转来的炭盘、工序转移卡和加工单，准备好工装、量具，调整好机床；

Operate strictly as carbon processing instruction requests, self-inspect every set of product. Keep good record and fill out traveler properly.

严格执行炭盘加工工艺规程，认真自检每盘产品，作好记录，填写好工序转移卡；

Other works from supervisor.

其它主管安排的工作；

Keep clear machine and good environment around machine as per 5S requirements.

按5S的要求保持机床清洁及周围环境卫生；

Take good care of waste quarantine, and fill out waste disposal list, and pass it to inspector for check.

认真作好废品隔离，填好废品处理程序清单，交检验验；

Check equipment running status and keep maintenance records. Do regular CNC machine or grinder maintenance properly and make good record for future audit.

验设备运行状态和检修要做好记录，按要求做好数控机床或磨床正常维护保养工作，并记录以备查；

Good hand-over to next shift, including completed job, abnormal situation, and important issues need to take care of.

交接班时，上一班对下一班作好工作交接，包括完成的工作情况，出现的异常情况和下一班要注意的事项；

任职要求：

Graduated from technical school, and major in Mechanical, Automatic Control or Mechanical and electrical integration;

中专以上，机械、自动控制、机电一体化专业；

Two years relevant working experience.

两年以上相关工作经验；

Good at operation;

操作能力好；

Good communication, data collection, analysis skills, and good judgment will be plus.

良好的沟通能力,及擅长信息收集、分析和判断。
