岗位职责：

1、管理维护Windows服务器操作系统和虚拟服务器主机（VM）；管理文件服务器和管理活动目录(AD)等；

2、负责SAP安装(advanced)，调整SAP系统达到服务等级 "SLAs"- agreed，控制SAP访问权限，用户，打印和作业管理以及SAP门户服务的管理和使用（创建用户，note，下载等）；

3、负责Kernel升级，插件安装，支持包和增强包安装，分析dumps，预警日志和安全日志等；

4、管理数据库（创建实例，更新，备份，恢复，补丁，重组，脚本），用户/配置文件和作业管理；

5、实例管理(内存配置，I/O性能，调优，SQL优化)；

6、安全管理(维护用户名和密码，创建配置文件和数据访问应用程序和维护权限的对象)；

7、负责管理数据中心，如：访问控制、布局、能源容量控制等，为新设备提供基础设施(接入网络、上机架、布局定义等等)，合规审计，预防性维修(空调，UPS，电池，消防系统)和监控设施和安全.

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

2、良好的英文读写听说能力；

3、精通操作系统，硬件，Oracle和SQL Server；

4、有服务器虚拟和应用虚拟经验；

5、丰富的项目经验；

6、有团队合作和多个项目的处理能力、抗压能力强、积极主动，善于沟通等

Job Description:

1、Manage and maintain Windows Server operational system and Virtual Server, Hosts (VM); Administrate File Server and Active Directory (AD);

2、Responsible Install SAP instance (advanced), Adjust (Tuning) SAP system in order to achieve the Service Levels - "SLAs"- agreed;Control access privileges to SAP, User and Profile, printers and jobs administration; Administrate/use Market Place (user creation, open ticket, notes, download, etc);

3、Responsible update Kernel and the Plug-In Basis, Follow up Support Package and EHP installation; Make analysis of the dumps, reports of Early Watch Alert and safety logs;

4、Manage Database (instance creation, upgrade version, backup, restore, patch, support package, growth, reorganization, scripts, ) , user/profile and job administration;

5、Manage Instances (Memory Configuration and I / O performance, Tuning, SQL optimization);

6、Make Security Administration (Maintenance Usernames and Passwords, create profiles and Data Access Applications and maintaining permissions of objects);

7、Manage Datacenter: access control, layout organization, energy capacity control and power generator test routine, provision of basic infrastructure for new equipment (points of networks, rack, layout definition, etc), compliance audit, preventive maintenance (air conditioning, no breaks, batteries, fire fighting system) and monitoring utilities and security.

Requirement：

1、Bachelor degree, Computer science major;

2、Good English & Chinese in listening, speaking, read and writing;

3、High knowledge in operating systems 、Hardware, Oracle and SQL Server；

4、Experience in Server Virtualization and Application；

5、Solid experience in projects, acting as a consultant (parameter, specification and testing)；

6、Must have demonstrated ability to work in teams (good interpersonal skills) and handle projects/programs simultaneously，Ability to work under pressure，Pro-activity, communication and so on.
