Position: Press (Stamping) Die Shop Engineer

Responsibilities:
1) Perform die CAE analysis using Autoform or Dynaform software, and prepare countermeasures for formability.
2) Carry out Simultaneous Engineering activity using Catia 3D data.
3) Create die development process and seek ways of reducing cost.
4) Review and audit die design and manufacturing.
5) Carry out die quality improvements as Die Development Project Manager.
6) Conduct die try-outs at off-shore and on-shore locations.
7) New die development project management and training.
Requirements:
1) Significant previous experience in die engineering for automotive sector.
2) Mastery of quality requirements.
3) Experience in leading project teams for new product launch in Automotive industry.
4) Thorough knowledge of the development process and all related activities.
