岗位职责

Stick to the post-furnace front, No absent without leave;

炉前就是岗位，坚守岗位，不随意离岗；

Check water, power, gas supply of furnace, and watch out instrument parameters changes, and keep related record.

经常巡查炉子水、电、气及泵供给状况的运行，注意仪表参数的变化情况，并做好相关记录。；

Operate strictly as equipment operation instruction and process request, ensure parameters accurate and records;

严格按各设备操作规程进行操作，严格执行工艺规程，确保各项参数的准确到位，认真做好炉前各项参数的记录；

Clean off dirt on machine tool worktop, fixtures and around.

清除设备工作台面、夹具周围污物；

Keep good environment around machine tools, clean the cuttings and produce civilized every day.

保持设备周围环境卫生，每天清扫，做好文明生产；

Take good care of waste quarantine, and fill out waste disposal list, and pass it to inspector for check.

认真作好废品隔离，填好废品处理程序清单，交检验验；

Check equipment running status and keep maintenance records. Do regular maintenance for machine tools and make good record for future audit.

设备的运行状态和检修要做好记录，按要求做好设备正常的维护保养工作，并有记录以备查；

Good hand-over to next shift, including completed job, abnormal situation, and important issues need to take care of.

交接班时，上上班对下一班作好工作交接，包括完成的工作情况，出现的异常情况和下一班要注意的事项；

Follow confidential policy and other principles; pay attention for fire prevention, safety of water, power and gas. Can use fire extinguisher rightly.

遵守保密制度与纪律，注意防火，能正确使用灭火器，注意用电、用水、用气的安全；

任职要求

Graduated from technical school, and major in Mechanical, Automatic Control or Mechanical and electrical integration;

中专以上，机械、自动控制、机电一体化专业；

Two years relevant working experience.

两年以上相关工作经验；

Good at operation;

操作能力好；

Good communication, data collection, analysis skills, and good judgment will be plus.

The company was officially formed on 8 Aug 2012, the location is Lugu High-Tech Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan Province. Once built, we mainly provide brakes and wheels for COMAC C919 and potential other airframe manufacturers .
