Job description/职责

1、制定采购申请以及提供供应商备货预测，统计分析，成本控制；
Make purchase request as well as provide forecast to suppliers，Statistical analysis and cost control
2、负责监督、跟进采购订单进度；
Responsible for the supervision and follow up of the purchase order
3、对不合格产品的处理周期的跟踪；
Manage reject products cycle time
4、管理采购合同及供应商文件资料，建立供应商信息资源库；
Purchasing contracts and supplier filing management set up the supplier's database
5、与供应商沟通、跟踪和协调对产品规格、配送时间、配送质量的要求；
Communicate with suppliers, tracking, and coordination of the quality of the product specifications, delivery time and delivery requirements
6、对存货的物料进行监督、检查和控制；
Supervision and inspection of material inventory and control
7、和供应商对账并做付款申请；
Supplier payment statement & application
8、完成公司委派的其他工作
Other work assigned by company

Requirements/任职资格

1、大专或本科学历，机械工程类专业优先
University or college degree，mechanical or engineering major is preferred.
2、 1年以上采购工作经验，有外企工作经历者或者制造类工厂产品物料控制经验优先考虑；More than 1 year in purchasing, experience in foreign company or manufacturing plants product material control experience is a plus;
3、努力工作，良好的沟通和协同工作态度
Hard working, good communication and team working attitude
4、良好的计算机技能和英语口语，写作能力
Good computer skill and English speaking and writing capability
5、 有驾照优先
A driver's license is a plus
