职位描述
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of industrial refrigeration product sales responsibility in east/south China, achieve assigned sales goals;
负责派克工业制冷产品在华东和华南区的销售,实现既定的销售目标;
2. Build up relationship with existing or new key accounts, OEMs, design institute, contractors and end-users, identify and focus on business opportunities, provide sales
and technical support;
与区域内现有或新的关键客户、工厂、设计院、工程商及最终客户建立业务联系,确定并跟踪重点销售机会,提供必要的销售与技术支持;
3. Maintain and extend the distribution network, support distributor to gain market share and long-term business development;
维护并扩大分销网络,支持分销商扩大业务份额,实现长期发展;
4. Working closely with product team, business development team and factory, to propose right solution to customers for profitable growth;
与产品支持团队、业务发展团队及工厂紧密配合,实现可持续的盈利增长;
5. Collect the customer and market information collection, propose and involve the strategy on sales/marketing and product development;
收集客户市场信息,建议并参与销售、技术及产品开发战略制定和实施;
6. Plan and organize the marketing promotion activities.
计划并组织区域内的市场推广活动。

Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in air-conditioning/Refrigeration or related
本科或以上学历,空调/制冷相关专业
2. 5 years or above sales/technical experience in related industry and 2 years above in industrial refrigeration segment
五年或以上相关领域销售工作经验,两年以上工业制冷行业经验
3. Self-motivated and good team player
具备良好的团队合作技能,努力进取
4. Excellent communication skills and good command of English
