要求：
（1） 暖通或建筑环境与设备等相关专业本科以上学历。
（2） 1年以上相关工作经验。
（3） 工作积极主动，有责任心。
（4） 具有较好的分析能力及洞察力。
（5） 具有良好表达能力；具有较好的营销文档撰写能力。
（6） 较强的沟通能力，能够使相关方面理解和支持，并达成一致的行动。
（7） 英语听说写流利，熟练使用日常工作软件。

职责：

（1） 所有工作行为以公司利益最大化为准则。
（2） 了解产品及市场，搜索、收集、整理竞争对手的产品信息，分析竞争格局变化。
（3） 了解客户需求和相关政策趋势，与各个部门紧密合作，提供产品需求描述和要求。
（4） 参与产品研发、设计、变更等工作。
（5） 参加新产品的投放前准备被工作。
（6） 较强的沟通能力，包括对公司内（国际总部、全球其他子公司和中国公司各个部门）、外的沟通和协调。
（7） 国内国外相关标准的翻译和整理。
（8） 上级领导指派的其他任务。
