• Answers incoming local and international telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Sending and distributing faxes in a timely fashion and file related records.
• Make travel arrangement, hotel reservations, flight booking according Laird policy.
• Process Word and Excel documents and supporting employee relations and administration affairs.
• Reception of visitors and monitor front office activity.
• Be in charge of office security by handling visitors' registration, visitor badge distribution, collection and employee guiding.
• Purchasing and Distribution stationary to save cost.
• Paper work on the traveling expense summary for managers.
• Sending and distributing express in due course of time to save cost and avoid missing.
• Monthly update Laird SHTM telephone list and inform all related employees.
• Be in charge of turn on and off company logo lights, air-conditioners and lights around reception area and major conference room.
• Responsible for company newsletter, published bi-quarterly.
• Other office work is arranged by manager.

• Associate's degree.
• Active working attitude.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent phone answering skills.
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Be able to present a professional company image.
• Attention to detail.
