MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. 根据公司SOP文件以及方针管理质量部门以及与公司其它部门通力协作；
Manage the company Quality and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines.
2. 确保公司以及公司供应链条所涉及的范围内，质量相关流程以及标准被完全理解并加以实施。
Ensure quality procedures and standards are fully understood and implemented in the organization and its supply chain
3. 通过有效的先期计划与准备，与生产部、采购部、项目开发部以及供应商紧密协作，确保项目按照质量标准按时完成。
Work closely with others in Production, Procurement, Sourcing and Suppliers to ensure assigned projects are completed on-time according to quality standard, through effective prior planning and preparation
4. 领导质量团队，以确保满足QA与QC所涉及领域的要求，不断优化质量管理系统，建立并改进质量流程以及相关SOP文件。
Lead Quality Team to ensure common requirements with respect to QA and QC specifications, other documentation and procedures Optimize quality management system, define and improve quality process and related SOP files.
5. 评估新产品和常规重要产品，确保其符合法律，安全以及质量要求，同时与卓尔能团队共同开发新产品。
Evaluate new and frequently critical products to ensure that they comply with defined legal, safety and quality requirements; develop new products in conjunction with Drennan team.
6. 评估出货报告结果，与检验人员以及供应商进行有效沟通从而对产品的处理方式作出决定。
Evaluate pre-shipment inspection results and determine the disposition of products while communicating with inspection staff , and suppliers。
7. 调查客户抱怨，采取正确的行动，与工厂和销售合作解决技术问题。
Investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions at technical aspects and work with suppliers and sales team to implement.
8. 管理质量部门相关检测设备以及仪器
Manage the equipment of the Quality Department.
9. 建立并发展质量团队。对于团队成员的表现进行评估，并对其表现负责;
Build and develop Quality team. Evaluate the performance of Quality team members and be responsible for their performance.
10. 规划并实施年度部门预算，实现成本控制;
Plan and implement annual budget approved by the board for the sake of cost control
11. 在年底为部门成员完成年度报告，并对员工表现给出相关建议评价，包括：升职，降职等;
Issue annual reports for all department staff by the end of the year with recommendation for staff development, including promotion, demotion etc
12. 完成部门年度培训计划，并加以实施;
Recommend annual training plan for the sake of staff development
13. 对于公司出台的政策以及规定，主动全面的了解，并全力配合。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company

INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1. 5年以上质量管理工作经验；必须有在实行国际标准的机械行业或液压（动力）工程行业经验（比如：汽车、重工等）
5 years’ experience in quality management or above. Must be in the field of mechanical or hydraulic (oleodynamic) engineering to international standard e.g. automotive, heavy equipment
2. 有能力和热情去管理不同种的工程制度和产品（因为卓尔能是一个定制型制造商，专门为各类企业提供高质量产品，我们不是一个体积大，单一的产品制造商）；
Drennan is a bespoke, small to medium volume supplier of high quality engineerd products and sub-systems. The ability and enthusiasm to manage a variety of different engineering disciplines and products is essential. We are not a large volume, single product range manufacturer
3. 3年以上同等职位管理工作经验；
3years’ experience in management position or above.
4. 掌握ISO9001:2000标准和质量管理基本知识和技能;
Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 standard.
5. 受过生产管理、品质管理、产品知识、精益管理等方面的培训；
Trained for production management, quality management, product knowledge and lean management.
6. 具有较好的英语读写能力;
Good overall English language skills.
7. 良好的谈判技巧，以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力；
Good negotiating and problem solving skills.
8. 良好的团队建设以及团队领导能力；
Good ability in building a team and leading a team.
9. 良好的时间管理、项目管理以及供应商管理能力;
Good ability in time management, project management, and supplier management, etc.
10. 能招聘并管理比自己更出色的员工;
Be able to employ and manage staff more talented than self.
11. 有能力在公司范围内推行标准，具备管理勇气（比如处罚包括经理在内无法实现公司质量目标的人，拒绝接受隐瞒质量问题的人等）；
Able to enforce standards throughout the company and discipline those, including managers, who fall short of the company’s quality targets. Hiding quality issues to protect staff/managers is not acceptable at any time
