MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. 根据公司SOP文件以及方针管理市场部门以及与公司其它部门通力协作;
Manage the company Marketing and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines.
2. 对根据营销方案制定的软新闻传播计划落实的及时性和有效性负责;
Carry out PR and media campaigns duly and effectively according to marketing strategies.
3. 对新闻宣传稿件的宣传内容的正确性负责;
Making sure the news press manuscript is correct.
4. 对公司广告方案落实的及时性和有效性负责;
Carry out the advertisement campaigns duly and effectively.
5. 对媒介信息掌握的及时性和准确性负责;
Collect the marketing information duly and effectively.
6. 对广告、促销品等合同的签约准确性负责;
Make sure the correctness for the advertisement contract and promotion contract duly and effectively.
7. 对网络SEO任务完成的及时性和有效性负责;
Accomplish the on-line SEO project duly and effectively.
8. 对现场活动和网络活动的执行与推动进行有效管理效性负责;
Manage site and live activities and on-line activities effectively.
9. 对促销品采购方案落实的及时性负责;
Fulfill promotional items and materials purchasing effectively.
10. 对公司有关活动进行影像摄制,进行合理应用,并整理归档;
Take videos and photographs for company activities, making use of them and filing accordingly.
11. 对公司领导交办的其它工作完成的及时性负责;
Accomplish the tasks directed by the board.
12. 对协助其他部门完成相应工作的及时性和有效性负责;
Assist other departments to accomplish related tasks duly and effectively.
13. 建立并发展市场团队。对于团队成员的表现进行评估,并对其表现负责;
Build and develop Marketing team. Evaluate the performance of Marketing team members and be responsible for their performance.
14. 规划并实施年度部门预算,实现成本控制;
Plan and implement annual budget approved by the board for the sake of cost control.
15. 在年底为部门成员完成年度报告,并对员工表现给出相关建议评价,包括:升职,降职等。
Issue annual reports for all department staff by the end of the year with recommendation for staff development, including promotion, demotion etc.
16. 完成部门年度培训计划,并加以实施;
Recommend and implement approved annual training plan for the sake of staff development.
17. 对于公司出台的政策以及规定,主动全面的了解,并全力配合。
Lead own department in order to give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company.
INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1. 市场营销或者相关专业,学士(含)以上学位;
Major in Marketing or related field,with bachelor’s degree and above.
2. 5年以上市场管理工作经验,对市场推广,品牌建立,拓展销售渠道等方面有丰富的实战经验;
5 years’ experience or above in Marketing management, with rich experience in market promotion, brand establishment, sales channel expansion etc.
3. 3年以上同等职位管理工作经验;

4. 有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力;
Having strong appreciation of marketing trends and ability to predict changes
5. 有密切的媒体合作关系,具备大型活动的现场管理能力;

6. 熟练使用电脑以及办公软件;

7. 具有较好的英语读写能力
