Job Description:

- To work out SOP for entire operational team in order to iron out the workflow.
- Cross train the staffs to improve their skills and knowledge, service level and productivity.
- Maintain the smooth relation with all carriers and service providers.
- Handle the complaint case and offer proper solution to prevent the complaint.
- Maintain and develop relation-ship with all clients in order to maximize the business opportunities.
- Take reponsibility of the P/L of Seafreight department.


Requirement:

- College or above.
- At least 5 years working experience at shipping industry.
- Work independance and aggressive manner.
- To work under pressure.
- Fluent English both in written and oral.
- Good communication skill.
