Position Overview:
- Supplier follow-up on newly released Conflict Mineral Survey for the Global Procurement team.
- Job reports to Jean Parmer, Supply Base Compliance Manager
- Learn and understand the basic information required by our suppliers to answer the Conflict Mineral Survey questions and due diligence questions from suppliers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Essential Functions: Analysis will contact suppliers who have not responded to the Conflict Mineral Survey. They will be required to follow scripts and answer questions from suppliers as they telephone and email our supply base. They must tactfully answer the suppliers concerns and urge them to complete the survey.
- Desirable skill set: Business Acumen
- Excellent Verbal communication and computer skills. Must be able to skillfully document conversations with suppliers. Capable to manipulate excel and word.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum level of education is high school diploma with previous experience with customer/supplier communications. College degree a plus.
- Success Factors: Exceptional computer skills and creation of charts/graphs. Understanding of compliance requirements and ability to successfully onboard suppliers to complete survey. Ability to focus on the task at hand.
