ü管理领导新产品、产品革新、工艺改进相关项目时间进度，识别项目风险和偏差识别，并提出对应计划

Manage & lead project timeline, warn about risks and deviations from the plan and propose risk mitigation plan

ü作为生产过程专家识别机会和推荐行动给管理层

Serve as process expert identifying opportunities and recommendations to leadership team

ü协调各职能按计划保障项目进度，对项目变更组织团队进行风险分析和制定对应的行动计划

Provide a cross-functional perspective to execute project timeline and process，Conduct risk analysis for project change organization team and formulate corresponding action plan

ü确保项目按照流程实施，符合法规，工厂SOP相关要求，符合总部DanGo审核要求

Ensure project is implemented in accordance with the process and in compliance with regulations, factory SOP and DanGo audit requirements

ü项目管理过程，收集各方反馈，调整相关行动

Collect feedback from stakeholders and adjust relevant actions in project management

ü协调工厂试验，确保试验按照制度和标准执行

Coordinate tests to ensure that are carried out in accordance with regulations and standards

ü管理新产品项目的原料，包材的需求，跟踪订购及质量状态，确保试验顺利进行

Manage the raw material and package material requirements of new product projects, track the order and quality status, and ensure the smooth running of the test

ü根据质量和食品安全的法律法规，制定新产品相关的制度和作业指导书

Set up new product related policies and work instructions according to quality and food safety laws and regulations

üSAP系统主数据发起、维护、跟踪

SAP system master data initiation, maintenance, tracking;

ü负责变更管理的跟进、验证(e.g. dual sourcing )
