职位描述：
1. Provide strategic support and advice to the Internal Control Team;
2. Perform in-depth strategic research on process improvement and internal risk control, and provide insightful advice to support company’s internal control system;
3. Track industry development and conduct regular industry analysis, turning market and competitor insights into internal team development recommendations.
4. Source and conduct analytical research using Excel, SQL, Python, or other data tools.
职位要求：
1. 5+ years of strategy or equivalent work experience in content, media or tech industry; solid professional experience in a consulting firm;
2. Track record experience with complex strategic consulting & analysis;
3. Hard skills: strategic planning, industry research, and data analysis;
4. Soft skills: great communication skill, strong logical reasoning and critical thinking;
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher;
6. Able to write and communicate in English fluently.
