1.Identify and drive key partner relationships that create value for Pangle and our developer and business ecosystem
2.Build new shared success partnership models to accelerate Pangle’s key business initiatives
3.Maintain awareness of the partner’s top strategic initiatives, technology environment and existing projects in order to source and develop new business opportunities
4.Work closely with Pangle product team and business team to develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and identify prospective partners who will enable Pangle to address user needs, solve industry problems, and accelerate growth
5.Assess partner needs and scope out commercial terms that provide value for all parties
6.Drive partnerships forward to achieve the intended business outcomes for the partner and for Pangle
7.Act as an escalation point to manage and resolve partner issues
8.Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to ensure the value Pangle is providing is understood and aligns with top strategic initiatives

1.Understanding of the enterprise digital transformation
2.Current knowledge of the Gaming/Non-Gaming/Programmatic/AdTech
3.Experience working on strategic partnerships that are designed to drive revenue and deliver market share growth
4.Proven ability to structure, negotiate and execute complex strategic partnerships
5.Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
6.Action-oriented, self-starter with ability to move quickly and build consensus with stakeholders

1.Experience in management consulting
2.Proven ability to lead company-wide alignment of partner priorities and activities
3.Strong track record of overachieving objectives
