任职条件：

?Four year degree (business degree preferred; graduate study preferred) or equivalent work experience.本科学位（商务学位、研究生学历优先）或相当工作经历

?Minimum of 4-7 years application development experience with a minimum of 2 years project management experience.  至少4-7年应用开发经历，2年以上项目管理经历

?Good application governor良好的应用系统管理能力

?Working knowledge of all I.S. functions and general knowledge of business functions.具备IS部门工作知识和商业功能的总体知识
