Job Descriptions: 

1. Responsible for financial reporting and analysis;

2. Deep dive insight and identify opportunities for reviewing market's KPI, work closely with operation team to improve performance by setting action plan and follow up execution monitoring;

3. Enhance compliance with the company's policies and procedures through store audit;

4. Assist with manager to improve the operational efficiency of the market;

5. Markets specific ad-hoc investigative analysis to support decision-making

6 Business review, highlighting performance to various and progress to agreed targets and exception reports.  

7 Conduct training to improve the financial knowledge of store managers and other key personnel.  

8 Internal control at the store level.

Competencies Expectation: 

1. Bachelor degree, preferred in Finance/Accounting/Math; 

2. Good analytic capability and report writing skill. Knowledge and familiarity with finance analysis, data sensitive; at least 4 years of relative experiences in multinational companies; 

3. Good communicators with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. Team player with ability to work to tight timetables and under pressure in changing environment; 

4.Proficient in MS Excel and VB etc. Microsoft office software.
